Scope and Contents: Series I: Administrative Files, 1894-2019, includes administrative documents used to establish and organize the group. Items include the group's constitution, by-laws, meeting minute books, correspondence, officer lists and attendance rolls. This series also includes club histories and biographical information about members.
Series II: Business Files, 1990-1999, holds only a small booklet of financial information from the 1990's.
Series III: Events, 1903-1974, 1994, 1997, 2014, 2019, contains records of event planning for special events and anniversary celebrations as well as photographs and memorabilia created for the events.
Series IV: Publications, 1894-2015, includes yearbooks from every club year, speeches, and various literary works.
Series V: Photographs, c. 1894, c. 1945-2004, holds photos from various periods and events throughout the club's history.
